Northshorewindowtinting ("we", "our") provides consulting services in energy efficiency management of commercial real estate assets, audit of glazed surfaces, and value preservation strategies for office buildings. We also offer specialized courses on calculating operational savings and solar infrastructure protection. The services are intended exclusively for owners and managers of commercial buildings.
The user ("client") is obligated to provide complete and accurate information regarding the real estate assets subject to the audit. We undertake to deliver audit reports and course materials based on verified methodologies, without guaranteeing specific financial results. Any estimate of operational savings is a projection based on the data provided and does not constitute a contractual promise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northshorewindowtinting shall not be held liable for indirect losses, damages, or additional costs resulting from the application of our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service. We do not provide implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The client may request termination of services at any time, with 30 days prior written notice. In the event of failure to meet payment obligations or provision of false information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the contract unilaterally, without penalties. Upon termination, the client will receive the reports completed up to that date.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with 15 days prior notice by posting on our website or by email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The current version is available at terms.html.
